LUNES DE AGUAS...Y NUNCA MEJOR DICHO-SALAMANCA

¡Hola Super Coquitos de la red! Espero que tengan un feliz miércoles.

Este pasado lunes día 4 de abril, celebramos, como es tradición, el famoso lunes de agua.
"Pero Daya, yo no soy de Salamanca y no se que es eso. Explícate mejor, anda.

Pues bien, para quien no sepa que es esto del lunes de aguas, yo os lo explicaré.
Es una tradición Salmantina en la que en el octavo día después del domingo de resurrección se va a comer al campo una especie de empanada, pero con la masa un poco mas dura, rellena de embutido, bacón, lomo y huevo (no siempre lleva todo) llamada HORNAZO.
Pero como viene siendo costumbre, el lunes de aguas hace honor a su nombre y raro es el año en el que no llueva; pero bueno... lo importante es pasarlo en familia, con amigos etc.

It is a tradition Salmantina in which on the eighth day after Sunday of resurrection one pie species is going to eat up to the field, but with the a little harder, stuffed mass of sausage, bacon, loin and egg (not always it takes everything) called EASTER PIE.

But since it has being a custom, on Monday of waters it does honor to its name and rare it is the year in which it does not rain; but good... the important thing is to spend it in family, with friends etc.
